When a major organisation fits out its headquarters, the building's technology has to work flawlessly on move-in day — staff need secure access, every area needs to be monitored, and the whole building has to run on a network that won't buckle under daily load. For the NMDC headquarters, Sedra Electric delivered that foundation: electrical works plus an integrated security and data-network package, engineered and installed end-to-end.
The brief
A corporate HQ fit-out with a clear requirement: one accountable partner to deliver the electrical and low-current systems together, so the surveillance, access control and networking would be properly integrated rather than stitched together from separate contractors.
What Sedra delivered
- CCTV surveillance — full coverage of entrances, floors and common areas, with centralised recording and monitoring.
- Access control (ACS) — secured staff-only zones with controlled, logged entry.
- Passive & active data network — structured cabling backbone plus the active networking equipment, sized for reliable building-wide performance.
- Electrical works — power distribution engineered to support the systems above.

One accountable team for electrical, security and networks — no gaps between contractors, no finger-pointing when something needs to work.
